Who We Are Looking For:

An organized, energetic office guru who is community-minded and has a passion for helping people.

  • Experience working in the medical or integrative clinics  (admin/nursing/etc.)

  • Excels working in a fast-paced environment and can multitask efficiently

  • Can troubleshoot/problem-solve as needed.

  • Excellent organization and prioritization skill set.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Has a calm and patient demeanour

  • Fluent with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Record (an asset), Jane Booking App, and other office software

What the job entails:

  • Doctor/practitioner assistance 

  • Patient Service (checking in patients for appointments, helping with in-person inquiries)

  • Answering phones/emails.  

  • Scheduling Appointments

  • Preparing/cleaning exam rooms

  • Assisting the doctors with admin tasks

  • Office/Medical supply stocking/tracking/ordering

  • Third-party insurance billings 

  • Office cleanliness

  • Other office duties


Compensation:

  • Competitive wage based on experience.

  • Extended benefits can be offered after three months.
