Facial Acupuncture

In cosmetic acupuncture, the needles stimulate the production of collagen. The result is skin that looks more radiant. Cosmetic Acupuncture helps minimize fine lines, reduces frown lines and sagging skin, and improves muscle tone. A series of treatments are recommended depending on your lifestyle, age, skin type, and more.

Katherine Moffat offer facial acupuncture at Creekside Health

By Registered Acupuncturist, Katherine Moffat.

“More than just a cosmetic or aesthetic treatment, Kat takes goes through a full intake with you to ensure she is familiar with your constitution and incorporates body points to ensure a complete treatment. After all, the body should be taken as a whole and not just a sum of its parts.

An initial appointment includes a full assessment, a combination of face and body points, LED light therapy (to tone muscles, smooth fine lines, stimulate collagen production, treat acne, increase circulation and promote overall health) and Gua Sha and/or facial cupping (to sculpt the face, reduce puffiness and relax tension).

For best results, an initial 10-12 treatment cycle is recommended, followed by a maintenance cycle every 4-6 weeks.

Packages are available at a discounted rate.

Cosmetic acupuncture is not suitable during pregnancy or for areas treated by botox within the last 12 weeks.
