My priority is to ensure that my clients feel safe, understood, and skillfully supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere. I take a holistic approach to wellness which addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in assisting with substance use disorders, critical incident stress management, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss.

My approach is respectful, encouraging, and goal-oriented. Clients tell me they appreciate my gentle, knowledgeable, and authentic style. I would be honoured to join you on your path of personal discovery, recovery, and transformation.
