4-Week Co-Parenting Support Group for Separated and Divorced Parents

Tuesdays at 6:30 PM – April 1, 15, 29 & May 6, 2025

Co-parenting after separation or divorce can be incredibly challenging. Navigating communication, boundaries, and conflict with your ex-partner can feel overwhelming, often leading to discouragement and frustration. But prioritizing a healthy co-parenting relationship is one of the most valuable things you can do for your children’s well-being.

This 4-week support group, facilitated by Clinical Counsellor Ian MacLeod, is designed to help you build the skills and mindset needed for effective, respectful, and child-focused co-parenting. Ian’s approach is rooted in “doing what works”—shifting focus from past struggles to practical strategies that create a stable, secure environment for your children.
